It is informed that in pursuance to the impugned notice dated 31.10.2023, the final order is passed by the Tahsildar. 3.

In that view of the matter, Petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar before the appellate authority and also file an application seeking interim relief to release the vehicle. If such an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today along with an application seeking interim relief, the same be considered and decided within a period of two weeks thereafter.
