Present applications have been filed for getting the delay of 994 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The acquiring body intends to

1025-ca-7604-19 with group (delay).doc challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. Respondents/original claimants have taken strong objection for allowing the application stating that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been explained on day to day basis.

Though more particulars have not been stated in paragraph No.2 while giving reasons for delay, liberal approach is taken and for the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3, the delay is hereby condoned. 4.

Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.
