1] The parties submit that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of settlement.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in terms of settlement, certain amounts are required to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent as per schedule given in the settlement deed. He further submits that the petitioner be directed to deposit the amount before the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar and the respondent be permitted to withdraw the said amount from the Industrial Court.

3843.25WP 3] The petitioner agrees to do so in terms of the compromise and the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of settlement.

4] In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of settlement.
