This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 02.04.2024. Learned counsel for the applicants states that this Court, vide order dated 02.04.2024, has been pleased to allow the application of applicant no.2 - Bhimrao @ Nitin and to dispose of the application of applicant no.1 - Dipesh @ Deepak as not pressed, with liberty to move afresh after one year. He submits that the said liberty is missing in the order dated 02.04.2024.

We agree with the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants.

Hence, in the order dated 02.04.2024, at the end of paragraph 2, a sentence be added as "with liberty to move afresh after one year".
