ORDER :

Heard. Notice to the Respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the Respondents.

It is submitted that the Application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for sale of the property. The report/proposal is also submitted by the Divisional Commissioner Nashik Division, Nashik to Respondent No.1. However, no decision is taken upon the same.

The learned A.G.P. states that Respondent No.1 would take decision on the report/proposal, on merits.

Considering the fact that the report/proposal is already submitted by Respondent No.2 to Respondent No.1, Respondent No.1 shall
take decision on the application of the Petitioner under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and on the report/proposal, expeditiously, preferably within SIX MONTHS.
5.
The Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
