Heard rival submissions. Learned Counsel for respondent - husband, on instruction, submits that respondent is not having any objection for transfer of the matter as prayed in the application. Hence, following order is passed.

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 94/2019 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malegaon, District Nashik is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhule for disposal according to law. (iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhule on
