Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner states that appeal filed by the petitioner dated 18.01.2022 is pending before the authority. He invited our attention to order dated 09.03.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3358 of 2022 in a case of Rashtramata Maa Jijau Sevabhavi Sanstha Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others and submits that in identical matter this Court has directed the appellate authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner therein expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner. He submits

2 912-wp 3758-2022.odt that similar order may be passed in this matter also with the directions to the appellate authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner. He also submits that hearing is proposed to be held tomorrow pursuant to the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3358 of 2022. The statement is accepted. 4.

The appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 18.01.2022 within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the authority. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The learned A.G.P. to inform this order to the authority for information and compliance.

It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the appeal filed by the petitioner. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
