Applicant is convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act and he is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for the period of three months and compensation of Rs.3,20,000/-. This order has been confirmed in appeal. Applicant has deposited Rs.1,50,000/- in this Court. He has already deposited Rs.64,000/- before the Trial Court. Hence the order.

ORDER

Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision.
