The learned AGP concedes to the error.

Motion is disposed of by directing necessary corrections be made in third line of paragraph No.3 wherein respondent No.1 shall be replaced by respondent No.2. 5.

Necessary correction be made in the aforesaid order and a fresh corrected order be uploaded.
