The respondent-wife is present. She had resumed cohabitation about four months before. She informs to have been living happy married life, for the present. She gives express consent to allow the present applications. In view of the express consent given by the respondent - wife, we allow both the applications in terms of prayer clause "B".

The applicants to deposit Rs.7000/- towards the fees of the learned appointed advocate within one week. Once the amount is deposited, the same be paid to the learned appointed advocate for respondent no.2 immediately.
