An affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of Respondent No.3-Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Jalgoan, wherein it has been stated that the rental compensation determined by the authority has been paid by the acquiring body on 17.04.2015. In view of the statement made in para 3 of the affidavit-inreply, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
