The petition has been moved against order dated 20th February, 2015. Under the impugned order, the respondents are given an opportunity to prove certified copies of statements marked as Articles "A" and "B" and for said purpose they are permitted to file additional affidavit of examination in chief. 2.

The order apparently does not prohibit or rather cannot be deemed to take away right of the petitioners to cross examine the witnesses and would have all the defences open to defend against said documents.

In any case, the order is of interlocutory nature. The writ petition, as such, is not being considered and entertained and stands rejected.
