Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have raised objection to some of the voters in the voters list. The said objection is not considered by the respondents. The learned counsel submits that there are many villagers who have exercised their rights from the other locality or the other villages and their names appeared in the provisional voters list of the villages, wherein fresh elections are to be held. The same is illegal. 2.
Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, submits that the objections are not yet decided by the authority. The first list would be published on 15.03.2021 and the final voters list would be published up to 31.03.2021 and before 15.03.2021, the objections received by the authorities would be decided on their own merits.

The submission is made on behalf of the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 that objections raised by the parties within the stipulated period would be decided by the authorities, In that case, it would be premature to entertain the writ petition. The authorities shall decide all the objections received within time including that of the petitioners on its own merits and in accordance with law,. 4.
