The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioners caste claim is pending with respondent no.1 caste scrutiny committee Dhule for last one year. In the mean time, the petitioner has taken admission in professional college. The Court has protected continuation of the petitioners education. The petition should therefore, stand disposed of in terms of following order :

ORDER

Respondent no.1 shall decide caste claim of the petitioner within one year from today. Till then, interim order shall continue.
