On 28/09/2022, We had passed the following order :- "1. The petitioner has been tendering series of representations to the District Collector, Jalna. Reliance is placed on a communication dated 16.03.2017 by the Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Divisional Commissioner Office, Aurangabad to the District Collector, Jalna to consider the application preferred by the petitioner with reference to land admeasuring 5 acres 3 guntha. The grievance of the petitioner is that no steps have been taken till today.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the respondents and submits that he would take instructions with regard to the grievance of the petitioner and address khs/Oct.2022/4324

- 2 - the Court on the next date.

Stand over to 06.10.2022 in the "passing orders category"." 2.

The learned AGP submits that if the last representation of the petitioner placed before the Court at page No.57 dated 10.01.2022 is to be considered, this Court may direct a timeframe in the light of the grievance of the petitioner that the communication of the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Divisional Commissioner Office, Aurangabad addressed to the District Collector, Jalna dated 16.03.2017 has not been forwarded.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that since the grievance of the petitioner is actually pending since the first representation dated 29.07.2009, a shorter duration may be granted.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 / District Collector, Jalna to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2022 on it's own merits and in accordance with the Law applicable, on or before 15.11.2022.
