Perused the affidavit filed by respondent No. 2. 2.

In para 6 of the affidavit, it is stated that in view of the directions of the Government, the deponent has taken decision and complied with the order dated 6.5.2019 passed by this Court and after considering the case of each petitioner, it was found that petitioners are not eligible for regularization of their services and it was already communicated to the petitioners by letter dated 27.12.2019.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the petition. The petitioners are at liberty to take steps as is available in law. 4.
