By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks permission to appear and undergo the Fourth year examination of B. E. (Computer) in upcoming examination and complete her degree course.

The petitioner is not even granted admission by the university. The petition has been filed on 08th March, 2022. The examinations are going to commence from tomorrow. As the petitioner has not been granted admission to the said course, the question of allowing the petitioner to appear for the said examination of B. E. (Computer) does not arise.

The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
