The petitioner has been issued with a tribe certificate but in incorrect form. He has submitted a request application Exh. B for issuance of correct certificate. The original is stated to have been surrendered with the respondent competent authority under the Maharashtra Act XXIII of 2001. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to verify the aforementioned facts and if the petitioner's application together with original tribe certificate has been presented to his office, shall issue a fresh tribe certificate in Form C within two weeks.
