1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants in ABA Nos. 449/2025 and 361/2025 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0021/2025, registered with Sengaon Police Station, Taluka Sengaon, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 118 (2), 189 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2), 351 (3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the applicants in ABA No.366/2025 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0023/2025, registered with Sengaon Police Station, Taluka Sengaon, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 189 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2) and 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3] There is cross complaint and both the informants are before this Court and offence arises out of political rivalry. The learned APP produced the injury certificates in ABA Nos. 449/2025 and 361/2025, which shows that the injuries are simple in nature. 4] The learned counsel for the applicants in both applications submit that there are cross complaints and they have no objection to allow applications for anticipatory bail and the informant in ABA No.366/2025 is already discharged from the Hospital.

5] Considering the submissions and considering that there is political rivalry between the parties, the applicants in all applications are granted anticipatory bail in the following terms :

i] In the event the applicants in ABA Nos. 449/2025 and 361/2025 are arrested in connection with Crime No.0021/2025, registered with Sengaon Police Station, Taluka Sengaon, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 118 (2), 189 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2), 351 (3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and in the event the applicants in ABA No.366/2025 are arrested in connection with Crime No.0023/2025, registered with Sengaon Police

Station, Taluka Sengaon, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 189 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2) and 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

ii] The applicants in ABA No.366/2025 shall attend the concerned police station on 28.03.2025 and 29.03.2025 between 10.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. and the applicants in ABA Nos.449/2025 and 361/2025 shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the investigating officer. iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The applications stand disposed of.
