In this view of the matter and considering the law laid down by the Supreme Court in case of Sant Satguru Janardhan Swami (Moungiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha & another V/s State of Maharshtra and others (2001 8 SCC 509), no interference is called for.
