Mr. Patil, on instructions, makes a statement that the proposal forwarded to the Scrutiny Committee on 03.03.2015 will be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from today.

The statement made on instructions is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court.

If the admission of the petitioner, is protected by the order passed by this Court on 14.03.2017 then that shall continue till the Scrutiny Committee renders its final decision, in the event the admission is not already cancelled.
