The respective applicants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 326 read with Section 34, Section 324 read with Section 34, Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and have been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for four years, one year with fine. The Criminal Appeal filed by the appellants has been admitted by this Court. The sentences are short term sentences. The appeal is not likely to come up for final hearing in near future. Therefore, the criminal applications are allowed. Pending the appeal, the substantive sentences imposed by learned Sessions Judge, Beed in Sessions Case No.13/2018 by judgment and order dated 25/2/2022 is hereby suspended and the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.
