Learned counsel Mr. R.S. Deshmukh, appearing for the respondent No.7 Corporation, has tendered across the bar additional affidavit, which is taken on record. Para No.3 of the said affidavit in reply reads as under:- "3.
That, from perusal of the above said identified four sites it can be very well seen that, the name of Mitmita site has not at all been identified for, as one of the alternate sites for disposal of the Municipal Solid Waste and therefore, the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation is not at all using the land Gat No. 54 situated at village Mitmita, Aurangabad and land Gat No. 304 reserved for Safari Garden or for any other purpose including the dumping garbage/solid waste. The Copy of decision of the
pil36.18 -2above committee is annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit 'A-1'.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing this public interest litigation stands satisfied. In case of any fresh cause of action, liberty to the petitioner to approach this court.
