This Hon'ble Court pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, and direct the Respondent nos.5 to 8 to give/grant the benefit of Ekstar (one step promotional pay scale), which is available for promotional post i.e. Primary Headmaster under scheme of G.R. dt. 6.8.2002 and 29.2.2024 from the date of appointment of the petitioners in tribal area and further direct the respondent nos.5 to 8 to pay the salary with arrears to the petitioners by adding one step pay promotional pay scale i.e. grade pay scale as 4300 from the date of appointment of the petitioners in tribal area." 2.

It appears that petitioners have filed representation dated 20.1.2025 before the respondent no.5. Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents, and, upon instructions from respondent no.5, makes a statement that decision on

wp 11215.25.odt Representation dated 20.1.2025 will have to be taken in consultation with the State Government; especially respondent nos.1 to 3 and, therefore, it will take about Eight weeks to decide the said Representation.
