It appears that the notices issued to respondent Nos.7/B, 7/C, 10, 11, 12 and 19/B have been returned unserved on the ground that they are not found at the given address. It is stated that the notices were issued at the addresses given in the suit as well as appeal and those are the last known addresses for the appellants/applicants. Under such circumstance, issue notice to these respondents by paper publication, to be made returnable on 02.05.2019.

Civil Application is granted in terms of prayer clause "B", on deposit of necessary charges.
