The amount involved is not more than Rs.61,000/-. It was an injury claim. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount in deposit with this court along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
