PER COURT:- 1.
Prima facie, there does not appear to be occurrence of any cause of action for presenting the petition. The petitioners are not in a position to demonstrate as to how they are affected. The petitioners have not produced the letters of appointment though they are making grievance that they are being compelled to produce the validation certificate though their appointments are from open category. The petitioners are not in a position to substantiate their contentions.
3.
Petitioners contend that they are desirous of securing transfer
{2} 930 sr.no..odt to Latur District. However, as a result of subsequent development concerning fixation of Roster Points, there are impediments in securing such transfers. It must be noted that to secure inter-District transfer is not a right of an employee, neither legal nor constitutional. No relief in that regard can be claimed in exercise of extra-ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition being sans merit, same is dismissed.
