The petitioner is litigating for a recovery of Rs.6,92,139/- with accrued interest, from 30.06.2016 as the said amount is towards his unpaid leave encashment. Several representations were tendered for the last 5 years. But in vain. Even for payment of gratuity, he had to struggle and approach the Management.

In view of the above, since the grievance of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Ahmednagar, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the said authority to follow the due procedure laid down in Law and after considering the case of khs/Dec.2022/12826
