The learned APP states that in pursuance to the order dated 18.09.2025, the statement of the son of appellant No.1 namely Rahul Uttamrao Salve is recorded stating that the name of deceased Uttamrao is mentioned in village record as Uttamrao Kaduba Salve and while in service with Police Department, the name of appellant No.1 is mentioned as Uttamrao Malhari Salve and therefore the certificate, which is supplied earlier as regards appellant No.1, belongs to the same appellant.

The death certificate of appellant No.2 is taken on record khs/Oct.2025/285

- 2 - and marked as 'X' for identification.

As both the appellants are died, this appeal is, therefore, disposed of, as abated.

The learned Advocate Mr.Chandiwal N.P. is appointed to appear on behalf of appellant No.1 . His fees be quantified and paid as per the Rules of the High Court Legal Aid Sub Committee, Aurangabad. ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.) khs/Oct.2025/285
