The applicants are the original claimants in Motor Accident Claim Petition. The award passed by the learned MACT, Shrirampur, is challenged before this Court under First Appeal No. 4076 of 2016 by the Insurance Company. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are surviving out of a small business of sweets in the village. Out of the total compensation amount of Rs.22,40,000/- granted by the MACT, Shrirampur, the applicants have received only Rs. 7,00,000/-. The applicants are in dire need of SG Punde, PS
