Since, the appeal is admitted on substantial question of law and interim relief is granted in connected Second Appeal bearing No.19 of 2018, similar interim relief deserves to be granted in the present appeal.

In that view of the matter, both parties are directed, not to create third party interest over the suit property till final disposal of the appeal.
