Vide order dated 08.05.2025, this court has directed the claimant to furnish an undertaking within eight weeks to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for withdrawal of amount.

Learned Advocate Mr. M. D. Shinde, for applicant/claimant submitted that the claimant was suffering from permanent disability. For the reason stated the claimant could not furnish the undertaking within prescribed period and seeks further three weeks' time for furnishing an undertaking as per the said order. 3.
