The learned counsel for the petitioners states on instructions that if the representations/claims made by the petitioners as per circular dated 28.01.2018 which are annexed

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 to 4 states that respondent No.3 will decide the representation made by the petitioners within six weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.

The order that would be passed by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing of order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on merits on the representations made by the petitioners, and respondent No.3 will decide the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

The contentions of both parties are kept open. 8.

No order as to costs.
