These civil applications are moved seeking condonation of delay of 122 days caused in filing the appeals against the award dated 18.08.2010 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division Osmanabad in L.A.R. No. 696 of 1997 and L.A.R. No. 693 of 1997.

Considering the reasons as stated in para Nos. 2 and 3 of the civil applications, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Hence the civil applications are allowed.
