The directions are already issued to decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner within one year from the date of order i.e. 28/8/2014 passed in Writ Petition No.7560/14. 2] Learned counsel states that the examination form is not being accepted on the ground that validity certificate is not yet obtained. 3] The validation proceedings are pending is not disputed. In light of above, we pass following order :

a] The respondent university and college shall

wp2874-15 -2not refrain the petitioner in appearing in the examination and prosecute further studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondent university and college can take further steps in tune with the judgment of the committee in validation proceeding. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
