The husband of Petitioner No.1 passed away on 10.03.2015. Petitioner No.2 is her son. Petitioner No.1 has now crossed 45 years of age and is rendered ineligible for compassionate appointment. It is, therefore, prayed that the application tendered by Petitioner No.2 to include his name in the list of eligible candidates for compassionate appointment, may be considered and decided.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the
