The petitioners are aggrieved by the refusal of the revisional authority in granting ad-interim protection by order dated 16/02/2018 in R.T.S. Revision Application No. 132/2017.

Learned AGP informs that in fact the appeal was to be considered today, but for some difficulty of the Sub Divisional Officer. The matter is adjourned and could be heard on any date which can be granted. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with the request to respondent No. 1 that he would hear R.T.S. Revision Application No. 132/2017 on 16/03/2018 and thereafter, proceed to deliver a final reasoned order

expeditiously. The learned AGP shall promptly convey the next date of hearing in the said matter to respondent No. 1, so as to communicate the same to the other litigating parties. Needless to state, the petitioners would appear before respondent No. 1 on 16/03/2018 at 11.00 a.m.
