Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for respondent No.3-Municipal Council. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents that impugned order dated 19.01.2018 was also the subject matter of Writ Petition No. 3167/2018. The Division Bench of this Court disposed of the said writ petition under order dated 6th June, 20189. The same recourse can be adopted in the present matter. 3.

For the reasons receded in the order dated 6th June, 2018, we pass the following order:

The directives issued by the Collector to the Chief Ofcer, Municipal Council, Kinwat so far as it relates to petitioner shall stand quashed. It is needless to mention that it would be open for the Collector to observe the procedure and comply in consonance with the observations made in this order and take decision.
