Heard the learned counsel for the applicant for some time. The order under challenge is in fact in favour of the applicant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant could not comply with the order dated 7th January, 2020 within stipulated time and now the learned Magistrate is not accepting the costs amount. The applicant may seek appropriate relief from the concerned Court.
