Mr. Yogesh D. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Minister has passed the interim order in spite of his caveat being there and without notice to the petitioner.

However, since the impugned order dated 17.02.2023, is an interim order passed by the Minister; any observation made by this court would prejudice the appeal before the Hon'ble Minister. 3.

It is directed that the Hon'ble Minister shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as

2 wp 2860.2023 possible and in any event within a period of eight

(08) months from the date of intimation of the order to the Hon'ble Minister.

The learned AGP to intimate the present order to the Hon'ble Minister.

5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
