Heard the learned A.G.P. appearing for the petitioners. We have perused the reasons assigned by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in the impugned judgment, and in particular, para 12 thereof.

Admittedly there was no pending enquiry, in as much as, there was no charge-sheet served at the relevant time and no regular enquiry was started. In that view of the matter, the view taken by the Maharashtra Administrative

3963.16WP Tribunal cannot be said to be perverse or contrary to the relevant provisions. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Hence Petition stands rejected.
