The Petitioner submits that an application has been tendered to the Divisional Commissioner at Nashik as per the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which permits tendering of such application to raise a grievance. It is also prescribed that the grievance should be adjudicated upon within thirty days and it is almost four months that the application is pending.

In view of the above, this Writ petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the
