PER COURT:- 1.

Both these writ petitions are filed challenging the order dated 31.01.2003 passed by the Industrial Court, Chalisgaon in Complaint ULP NO.1457/1999.

During the pendency of petitions, the employee (original complainant) has retired from service on 30.04.2019 on the post of Clerk. By the impugned judgment, the Industrial Court directed absorption of complainant as Junior Clerk on CRT basis with effect from 30.07.1997. It appears that, petitioner has actually been absorbed in service and has retired on the post of

Peon as a regular employee on 30.04.2019. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping petitions pending. 3.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. In the event any benefits still remained to be given and payable to respondent by virtue of order dated 31.01.2003 passed by the Industrial Court, the same be paid within a period of four months from today.
