PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been advised to avoid prolong sitting and forward bending, as such, sought exemption from being an examiner. The petitioner is appointed as the moderator. Even, the Head Master recommended the exemption.

The certificate relied by the petitioner is dated 29.11.2019 for which the petitioner was again called for re-examination on 09.12.2018. It is not that the petitioner has been advised bed rest. The petitioner is rendering service and teaching the students taking lectures.

We also asked the learned counsel to show whether any provision exist on the basis of which

(2) 42-wp-3469-2020 exemption can be claimed. No such provision is pointed out.

In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
