Learned counsel for the appellant - acquiring body fairly submitted that all the connected first appeals have been settled by the acquiring body in the Lok Adalat held on 8th September, 2018. A copy of the order passed in the connected appeals by the Lokadalat, is tendered across the Bar.

Learned counsel submitted that the present matter was inadvertently left out.

Shri Murge, learned counsel for Respondent original claimant submitted that the present appeal also needs to be disposed of in view of the order passed in the Lokadalat in the connected appeals.

In view of the submissions made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i.

The first appeal stands disposed of in view of the fact that all connected appeals, arising out of the same acquisition, have been withdrawn by the acquiring body in the Lokadalat held on 8th September, 2018.

ii.

The amount deposit by the acquiring body in this court be remitted in favour of the original claimant along with the interest accrued thereon. iii.

In view of the order passed in the first appeal, the civil application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B).
