Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No. 1 and submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal available under rule 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads & District Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules. 3.

In the light of that we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
