( 2 ) ca 4171.18 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the proposed respondents. 2.

The applicant in the original writ petition has challenged the selection process on the ground of not providing 30% reservation to women. The proposed respondents are the selected Assistant Professors in the said selection process and the Director of Higher Education. Considering the gamut of the dispute, if any orders are passed in favour of the applicant the same would be prejudicial to the interest of the proposed respondents. In view of that, they would be necessary parties. The civil application, as such, is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The Civil Application is disposed of.
