This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4. The respondent No. 4-D is already deleted, however, the applicant has not amended the prayers. The applicant shall also amend the prayer clause to that effect. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that, application is filed within limitation. Considering the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.
