The Petitioner is not able to follow the procedure of making an online application. The learned Advocate for the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) submits that the Petitioner has to go to the official website of the MIDC and has to fill the online form by following the on-screen directions. He further submits that, if such online application

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
