Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2, the Director, Maharashtra Board of Vocational Education and Training, Mumbai to decide application filed by the petitioner on 5th December 2024. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the said application has been decided. It is rejected and theretofore, the petitioner wants to challenge the said order. For that purpose he seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to file fresh Petition for challenging the subsequent order. 2.
